I may be being harsh but I think the LI game has been dire. the standard of rugby has been really poor.

Irish executed their game plan perfectly. Worthy winners. Jersey had no ball to play.

If only we had a similar budget........😁

Yes, well played LI. Had a game plan and executed it very well. Jersey had an off day today, too many errors in good positions.

Big win for Ealing Trailfinders on the road. I had hopes of Jersey beating Irish today but it was not to be. I watched the game on SKY and thought London Irish looked average and that Jersey are so much better than they showed today. They have had a hard run of tough games and it showed.

The gap between Premiership and the Championship seemed to widen drastically based on todays game at the Madejski

Blues will be looking forward to Irish in 2 weeks time.  Already has 2 close games, so hopefully we can have another.

I think Blues will run Irish close at Goldington Road but I think Irish will probably win it. their trip to the Mennaye on the other hand....

Jersey were a shadow of their recent standards and the key decisions and moments in the game didn't fall their way. It happens with a small squad so they move on and look forward to next week against Pirates. Irish were never brilliant but certainly up for it and fully deserved the win. They may well lose another game or two but they play a simple game plan and execute it very well. Great fans who deserve a better ground to watch their team. If Jersey prevail against Pirates I really hope we meet them in the semi-finals and have another match with them.
