Carnegie have announced that home games in the cup will once again be taken around the county, as follows:

London Scottish 3.00 22 October at Ilkley
Dragons Select 1.00 9 December at Huddersfield YMCA
Jersey 2.00 20 January at Scarborough

All of these grounds have been used before. Ilkley and Scarborough have modern facilities, the YMCA is ok if the weather is kind but a bit exposed if not. I hope these venues won't upset the travel plans of Corporal Carrot or other visiting supporters.

That's easy for you to say.

Thanks for the heads up Albert. The 2pm kick off and difficulty of getting to Scarborough will probably sink the trip for me as it looks like it would require a three day trip with two overnights somewhere. A wonderful place Scarborough if I remember although it must be well over 40 years since I was there.
Dont kick it. Pick it up and GO FORWARD.

I thought Championship Club grounds had to meet certain standards. Do these grounds comply?
What if the Hokey Kokey really IS what it's all about?

The rules don't apply to the B&I.  A bit like Saracens playing an Anglo-Welsh tie at Bedford, which isn't fit for the Premiership.

Saracens aren't fit for the premiership either.
