I don't think Rayer had all his men on the balcony. You would have noticed that Forwards Coach Martin Hynes and Team Manager Rob Crowle were on the sideline, and all were wired up to one another.
Well obviously their earpieces weren't working, or the wires were so taught that it prevented them getting off their backsides and sending a rocket up certain players ar*es

RB

Sorry all slow day in the office.

Sad to see Blues having a bad time of it, but it does happen and good teams knuckle down and work through it so I hope for such a good club, Blues turn things around.

However I am not sure what influence your coaching staff can have during the game whilst in play other than making replacements to change things round tactically or getting the odd word on when there is a water break.

Usually it is up to the captain and the senior players on duty to step things up on the field.

I think being high up and seeing the game pan out is far more important than seeing nothing followed up by shouting and ranting and not been heard. But it seems to work for Steve Diamond LOL

Good luck in your endeavours Blues

All the best

ST

Well that scuttles any hopes of Rotherham getting triple figures, though the way they are playing this season they will certainly wipe the board against Bedford unless they pull themselves together and play as a team.

Morale seems to be a big issue here and for Skip to say "they just gave up".    Seems something is really amiss here.

Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before you can bounce back! I am sure Bedford will turn the corner at some point in the near future. Have faith and show some understanding for the players, I am sure that they aren't loving things at the moment.
Onward and Upwards C'mon Donny!
