I attach a link to a file of the latest photos showing progress with our new AGP and clubhouse development at Sandon Road, Edgbaston. The AGP is now finished apart from the carpet (arriving mid-March) and the clubhouse steel frame is complete. The contractors start on the roof and brickwork next week. The AGP will be available for pre-season and the clubhouse ready for July. The first of our two grass pitches will be available in September. We look forward to welcoming all our rugby friends to the new facility and after 109 years of nomadic existence renting pitches off third parties, we are really looking forward to finally having a place we own! https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipNq5YbKQmUXr1HdHK16qjUsAqk8hMRpVVY5H1sccMn-F9YW4piGW50lDIAlaPnNkQ?key=WHliWEVGZXhMbXNZZ08wR2FTalJoRGFfaVJ3UGxn

Thank you, Carlos. It’s not been for want of trying, but we have finally got there. Our persistence has been rewarded.

Excellent news for Mick and the boys. However there was something rather special playing under the dreaming spires of the old Uni.

It takes the beaks of SEVEN penguins to make a single Penguin biscuit.
