Sir Burger enquired about Matt several months ago. Was my assessment right-- after tonights game atEaling , I think so.

He was outstanding. Also had a good game against Leicester in pre season as well last week.

Looks like just the kind of 8 we've been missing.

He was brilliant - even better than I thought he might have been based on your comment. Looking forward to tracking his development. Young as well, so can only get better.

Bedford announce the signing of welsh fullback/winger Harry Davies from Bath.

Also confirm Ben Foden will be available for the game against Jersey and Jamie Elliot has also recovered from injury. So our outside backs look in decent shape now! However, we possibly have no fit fly halves and just an academy player available at scrum half, so will be interesting to see how our half backs lineup. Maybe Foden at 9

You would think these Jersey spies would try and be a little more incognito. Still they haven't noticed the slope WinkWink

Calum Waters was on loan to Ealing for a fair while last year. Thought he played very well. Shaved his head to raise money for cancer if I remember correctly.

Aussie Rohan O'Regan joins Ealing.

Was he not liked at Welsh. As i have heard stories about his time at LS

Ditto at Rosslyn Park.

But I'm sure his wife loves him!

James Buckland - a quicker exit than even I imagined!

Coventry Rugby boss Rowland Winter has added Tongan back five forward Daniel Faleafa and Canadian midfielder Rob Povey to his Greene King IPA Championship squad.

In addition, the blue-and-whites have announced that full back/fly half Dan Lewis and former Northampton lock Alex Woolford have joined the club ahead of this Saturday’s visit from unbeaten London Irish (3pm kick off).

Covering injury gaps mainly. Thrtee of four first choice locks out injured, and particularly lacking on the t.h. heavies side. One departure also announced, Tim Bitirim returning to studies at Luoughborough Uni.
