All the best

ST

"Ollie wanted more game time and due to our back-row which ahs been performing well this season we couldn't guarantee him that." was the quote from Ealing DoR Ben Ward.  Per my note earlier this week, Stedman looked very out of shape in the few appearances he had. Good push from the backrow, but was a liability in defense due to poor line speed.

I shall keep an eye out for that gerg, when he was last with us he was all over the pitch and very mobile, and was with us when we so nearly made it to the Prem.
Onward and Upwards C'mon Donny!

Great signing for Donny and hopefully a good move for the player. Ealing have such a wealth of talent in the back row but Smid's outstanding form this season is surely the real reason for Stedman's lack of game time.
Dont kick it. Pick it up and GO FORWARD.

They also need games!  Considering the huge squad Ealing have I would expect some more to follow suit.  Is George Edsgon injured?  He doesn't seem to get any games at hooker and would at least be great for the last 20 mins.

Fijian International hooker Sam Matavesi has signed a new contract with the Cornish Pirates to stay with the club for another 2 years.
Great news for the pirates with more announcements expected in the coming weeks according to the clubs website.

I expected Moyle to be a Premiership target along with Lane of Blues.

He has been outstanding since moving to full back. I think this is a pretty big statement from the club that we are confident about the stadium project finally starting very soon and the beginning of building the squad to make a bid for promotion in due course.

To be fair as well as being a very good coach he is a bit weird. 16th club change as a coach if it happens?

One day this pain will make sense to you

I totally understood the move to Quins, when opportunity knocks you have to take it. But to be on the way out again within 6 months is a shock, suggests there's more to it.

Jake Sharp a super talented player who has definitely never made the most of his potential, and never looked as fit as he should have been.
Run with it

As with a number of the experienced players brought in by Coventry over the past few seasons, Jake was brought in to coach as well as play in his case this was as a kicking coach.
Sadly his kicking was unreliable, whether through injury or other issues.
A great shame.
