It appears Ben Cooper will be joining his namesake!

Wouldn’t surprise me to see Jake Sharp turn up at Ampthill, considering his brother is already on the books there. Czekaj will presumably retire and tbh isn’t up to Championship standard anymore. Blanchet I suspect may wait until after the World Cup assuming he’s selected (Canada) before joining anyone. The others all have destinations sorted.

Onojaife never broke into the Ealing team but was excellent for us the season before. Interesting that Ealing signed 4 of our players last season and only 1 is still on their books. Burns the only one to make a success of it and he will now presumably have to be content with fighting for a spot on the bench again next year with Hampson and the Edinburgh scrum half signed up.

Burns has been amazing. I rate his chances to retain the 9 jersey.

Impressions are one thing. Signatures are quite another.
There was a rumour, which I questioned as rather unfeasible, some time ago that Forsyth was being registered to both Cov and Leicester.
As he's not an Academy player that just wouldn't work.
Had he signed to Leicester and subsequently loaned to Cov, that would at least be feasible, but I strongly doubt it would be couched in those terms in advance.

He was intimately bound up with the Yorkshire project. Latterly, I understand, he had been giving his time for nothing. It's hardly a surprise in the current circumstances that he should decide to move away.
That's easy for you to say.

Agree not surprising about Ian McG. We were disappointed that he never made the trip to Jersey, even tho' LC/YC came here 9 times during his tenure - was it something we said?

It might be a rumour, but I've heard that Ian McGeechan is willing to come to help out at Rotherham Titans, as long as we can provide him with a budget of £15,000,000 so he can bring in 32 new players from New Zealand.

Blues had some sort of arrangement with Tigers over Harry Wells for a few years so perhaps Coventry have something similar.

I'm not denying that's a possibility, but nothing has come up elsewhere, yet.
Still seems unlikely.
