You never get the truth in these circumstances in my opinion. You have to read between the lines and this applies to all of the clubs . There is a public statement and then there is the truth and they are worlds apart.
Ambition should be made of sterner stuff.

Perhaps this is where the money is coming from for new signings (from Southern Hemisphere)

It's getting very late. Last year they did it around Christmas.

Namibia is in the Southern hemisphere - and this does seem to be their budget.

My understanding is that all the best Namibian International players are already signed elsewhere.

Whatever, it is all too late for Leeds this year. I get the impression they have found a couple of quid, it might well be with Leeds Beckett Uni, and they are going to try and replicate the Hartpury model.
Run with it

Hell of a signing for Ampthill. I've seen this guy play a few times for the Scarlets and he's absolutely electric.

Not sure if this belongs here or in a new thread, but I've seen in the Rugby Paper that Jordan Els is due to sign with Harlequins from Ealing for next season. A big blow if true, as he is amazing in the scrum, has sure hands at the try line, and had the best beard in the Championship. Fingers crossed that this doesn't end up being true, as there were some incorrect information suggesting that Jordan just joined Ealing, when he has actually been here for over a year (I think lazy journalists just looked at an old press release).

A couple of loan signings by Moseley from Championship clubs.

Chester Duff, winger on loan from Ealing Trailfinders
James Forester, centre on loan from Hartpury College.

Latu has been playing in the Hong Kong Premiership for SG Valley. Same league as my son. Was hoping he’d feature in the South China Tigers side in the global rapid rugby competition due to start next month. He’s a good player and will do well in Championship.
