I hate teams coming out to 'music'. I recall DMP used to run out accompanied by a terrible noise.Only mercy is it doesn't last long.

A few years ago the LW management asked the fans what music we wanted played over the PA when we scored. The overwhelming response was 'none'.

On a slight tangent, my pet peeve is the replacements lining the walls of the corridor from the changing rooms to the tunnel and applauding/ back-slapping the team as they walk out.

I wonder if pom pom girls/ cheerleaders will soon be a thing of the past, if they aren't already. F1 and darts have already dispensed with that sort of role...

The Girls at Doncaster are Scool girls and I believe they do the cheerleading as part of a dance gcse.

So we shouldn't be too harsh.

On another topic raised earlier, I notice Hartpury promptly filed a report after winning, having relied on the opposition ‘s one when they lost.

Don't come down to the Mennaye then Pappashanga if you don't like Sandstorm or a short burst of a try scorers favourite. Wink
