I think Irish will thrive in West London. Always bring big crowds.

FT last night, Nottingham 24 Jersey Reds 20

A bit of the proverbial 'game of 2 halves', with the Reds clearly second-best in the first 40 and Notts taking advantage to build a lead of 18-8, including 10 points scored while Jersey's Ma'afu was in the bin for a slightly high/late tackle - bit harsh card I thought. Shane O'Leary was taking the points when available and made it 21-8 after 50 mins, but the Reds were stronger thereafter and got it back to 21-20 with 2 tries, the 2nd conversion missed from the touchline. There were 10 mins still left, but the hosts rolled their sleeves up and managed to hold us out to finish their home season with a win (4-1).

Ealing convincingly up. 33-7 at the half (I think, scoreboard has malfunctioned). Big crowd for Ealing, great day for rugby.
