Great report Dickon, pretty much captures the flavour of what is the most competitive league for many seasons, all bodes well for 2019 provided we can secure some more points! Top four remain as tight as ever but with Thurrock, Havant and yourselves all looking  pretty strong going into the final furlong it all looks set for a classic finish.

Happy (satur)days!

For what it's worth here are my predictions this week.

Brighton v Totts - Brighton simply can't afford to lose this one. Solid home win.
Chichester v Chobham - Chichester to win comfortably. Chobham to regroup and push for promotion back into this league next year.
Darts v Hove - Darts have played some excellent rugby and are well coached. They will have enough to survive. This game is massive for them.
Havant v Cobham - Havant to win but it could be an 80+ point game. Two teams who play good rugby.
Medway v Combe - A potential banana skin but Combe just don't have the depth despite their massive squad.
Thurrock v Cornish - Thurrock are on a roll and will fancy this one.
Camberley v Sevenoaks - I wasn't aware that Camberley had massive injury concerns. The Inside Man has his name for a reason! Despite that, the Camberley squad is still very good. Their 2nd team have been winning for fun this season. It could be a battle of the Camberley attack against the Oaks defence. It's certainly the game of the weekend.

For what it's worth, my stab at L6 this week....

Brighton v Totts, both teams need to win this to stay in contention at the top and bottom, home win BP both teams.
Chi v Chob, Chi to canter into safety with a BP win.
Darts v Hove, away team look to be getting better and think they may cause an upset, away win, Darts LBP.
Havant v Cob, home win BP both teams.
Medway v WP, home win and BP if WP get more than one yellow.
Thurrock v LC, hard one, both teams play some good rugby. Home win both will get BP.
Cam v 7Oaks, game of the week, think 7Oaks will pull away at the top of table, BP both teams.
.

Brighton vs Totts - despite Brighton having a rocky second half of the season so far, I'll back them for the win with bonus points vs Totts.
Chichester vs Chobham - Chichester to get a needed win with BP.
Dartfordians v Hove - Another needed win in the battle at the bottom. Darts and Chi to open a gap this weekend to Totts. Both teams to get the BP.
Havant vs Cobham - Havant to continue their push to be "best of the rest" in the group outside the top 4 teams. Both teams to get the BP.
Medway v Wescombe Park - Agree with @Kentishman, could be a banana skin for Medway as Park are a very capable group of players (not sure I would use the word "team" though....) Medway to win with the BP as they click into top form to secure a top 2 spot through to the end of the season now
Thurrock v Cornish - Tight game with LC taking a losing BP
Camberley vs Sevenoaks - only away win of the weekend, could be a humdinger of a game. How will oaks exertions from last week effect them? If they match the levels from last week I think they will have enough to overcome the test, and will consequently stay in top spot to the end of the season. Losing BP for Camberley.

Home wins across the board apart from Camberley v 7oaks as a draw, simple because of Camberley big attack and 7 oaks big defence to cancel each other out - battle of the kickers - 12-12 final score

Brighton v Totts
Chichester v Chobham -
Darts v Hove -
Havant v Cobham -
Medway v Combe -
Thurrock v Cornish -
CamberleySevenoaks

Brighton v Tottonians - Home win in a tight game.
Chichester v Chobham - Away win, too little, too late for the Surrey boys!
Dartfordians v Hove - Home win, continuing the pressure on Totts.
Havant v Cobham - Not a surprise win for the visitors.
Medway v Westcombe Park - The battle of the garden county goes to North Kent!
Thurrock v London Cornish - Tight win for TOWIE!
Camberley v Sevenoaks - I see this as the putting Camberleys title race under big pressure!!
Rucks and mauls may bust my balls, but whips and chains excite me!!

My first (and possibly last!!) bash at some predictions

BRIGHTON V TOTTS
both clubs nervous with the pressure, Totts more than capable of an upset here but I reckon Brighton will get to get back to winning ways with Totts getting a losing BP

CHI V CHOBHAM
Chi to send Chobham home with no points and several more worry lines to their brows

CAMBERLEY V SEVENOAKS
a very tight game but Camberley with home advantage to edge it and Sevenoaks to go home with a BP

DARTFORDIANS V HOVE
Darts desperately needing a win And Hove without any pressure I can see Hove chalking up win number one..especially if they play like they did last week

HAVANT V COBHAM
well what do you expect me to say here!!...HAVANT win of course😀

MEDWAY V WESTCOMBE PARK
Westcombe park to cause an upset and put a dent in Medway's promotion hopes

THURROCK V LONDON CORNISH
Cornish to end Thurrock's 3 match winning streak by getting a draw !!

BRIGHTON v Totts - convincing home win. Totts to come away with nothing
CHI v Chobham - convincing home win
Camberley v 7OAKS - 7oaks to remain at the top with a win by 10 points
DARTS v Hove - Darts win with a bonus point. Hove to come away with nothing
HAVANT v Cobham- Convincing home win
MEDWAY v Westcombe Park - Medway to win by 15
THURROCK v Cornish - Thurrock to win. LC with a losing BP

Brighton vs Totts - Totts need it badly but Brighton still too good.
Chichester vs Chobham - Chi also need it badly and should win.
Dartfordians v Hove - A possible bullseye today for Darts
Havant vs Cobham - Havant in decent form and to win a close game.
Medway v Wescombe Park - May just be a game too far for Medway - All the pressure is on them and that does strange things to people's heads. Depending on which of Combe's MASSIVE SQUAD is selected, I can see a sneaky little away win coming.
Thurrock v Cornish - Thurrock to win big. They just do not allow anyone to bully them, especially at home.
Cam vs Sevenoaks - CAM's injury problems (really ?) and key player leaving (fact) means it should be a stroll through the woods for Sevenoaks ? on their journey to pastures new for next season.
.
Hope it's injury free and full of entertainment.
The older I get, the better I was.

My predictions weren't too brilliant either, so can't criticise.Who would have thought the mighty Oaks would lose another game this season - Certainly not me. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

And I  thought the large lady was about to stand up and clear her throat.... seems we will have to wait till the last game to sort the winners and losers. On Cannon, have to admire his tenacity which was certainly evident in his team yesterday, going in at half time only two points adrift. Have to say that there were some good players out there yesterday and the quality on display does not warrant their league position. Wish them all the best whatever befalls at season end, I am sure they will bounce back.

Best, Vuarnet

I don’t see my normal Oaks appreciation love in so im guessing they lost ? Makes the last 4 games very interesting. Very tight finish. I dont get to many village league games but this league seems very close.
