Brighton's Jake Mills has been excellent against us on both occasions - a pain in the backside, which is a compliment!
Havant and Chi 10 are both good players. I thought both Cobham wingers were dangerous as well when we played them a couple of weeks ago- pace to burn.

Kiwi! They all sound the sodding same to me 🤣
Good to see he's still with you, he could easily play at a higher level judging on the performance that day but equally good to hear he's a CHOBHAM man, all be it with a funny accent!! |

Of the games that I have attended this year at Brighton it is obvious to me that Sean O'Hagan is the best player of any of the teams on show. He played 15 and 10 in various games. His speed, handling and reading of the game was different level, kicking good as well. Did not get to the Oaks games so no idea how he did in those games as I know they lost both. The other person who caught my eye every time was the prop James Trevis for Brighton, great carrier for a prop, gains ground all the time.
Some good teams in this league, I really liked Dartfordians and the way they play, definitely not a big team but great to see a team play with such pace and stick at it from the first to the final whistle.

From the teams (&games!) I have seen I think the Medway tight 5, plus the 7Oaks captain (bald second row) have looked good. The WP 7 was a very good player (didnt catch his name in the program) and the Chi 8. No standout @ 6 that I've seen - what does everyone else think @ 6? No names mentioned so far...
For the backs I liked the look of the Darts young 9, Chi 10, WP wingers (certainly in attack), Havant or WP 12, Cam Fijian 13 (or wing?) and the Brighton 15 (O'Hagan?) Cobham and Cam looked to have a couple of other decent backs as well

Don't think Sean played in the Totts or 7 Oaks games.

So what the thoughts after the break!
Chichester v Brighton - A convincing win for the visitors in this South Coast derby!! Chobham v Camberley - Home win in the Surrey derby, huge crowd expected. Cobham v Tottonians - Another Surrey home win in this tight fixture. Havant v London Cornish - Havant seem to be on a roll on their new pitch, but it'll be another tight game! Hove v Medway - Medway will keep the title pressure on. Sevenoaks v Westcombe Park - This Kent derby will go the way of the blue and yellows, another potentially tight game. Thurrock v Dartfordians - Thurrocks resilience and home advantage will play dividends here. Have a good weekend all.

Mostly away wins this week. Only Cobham and Havant to win at home.

Chichester v Brighton - Brighton win, but feel it could be close
Chobham v Camberley - Cobham win after a good effort Vs Medway Cobham v Tottonians - Cobham win, seem to play well at home Havant v London Cornish - Havant win, with their home run going strong Hove v Medway - Medway win, after last weeks good performances by Gordon and strong running winger Sevenoaks v Westcombe Park - Tight game, but WCP win Thurrock v Dartfordians - Thurrock too big for Darts, especially at home Good luck to all

Chichester v Brighton - Would love a Chi win and could make it even more tight at the top but I still see Brighton having to much and will get a tight win. Hoping it will be a great 80 mins of rugby!
Chobham v Camberley - Away BP win. Think Cam are still in the hunt and will come down to the last 2 or 3 weekends matches for them when they play the other top 4 teams. Would assume a big local derby given its only a few miles between them.
Cobham v Tottonians - Cobham win, maybe a Totts LBP? Havant v London Cornish - Havant for a tight win. Home advantage and Havant "dog" to edge them the win Hove v Medway - Medway to keep right in the mix at the top with a BP win Sevenoaks v Westcombe Park - Another one where a WP upset would be great for the battle at the top but 7Oaks have a great record this season at home and not sure WP will turn up (metaphorically!) Thurrock v Dartfordians - Darts on a bit of a slide, hope they can turn it round but I dont think this will be the week. Hope you all enjoy whatever games you watch! |

Chi vs. Bton, away win BP both teams.
Chob vs. Cam, away BP win. Cob vs. Totts, home win. Totts LBP. Havant vs. LC, away win & LBP for home team. Hove vs. Medway, big away BP win. 7Oaks vs. WP, BP home win. Thurrock vs. Darts, Darts need this and think they will just nick it. |

Some interesting predictions so far. For what it's worth here are mine. Chichester v Brighton -I think an improving Chichester will make this hard and i'm going bold and predicting a draw. Chobham v Camberley - Unless the Chobham 8 is playing I can't see this being close. Cobham v Totts - Results don't reflect how good Cobham are on their day. Havant v London Cornish - Cornish are on a roll. Close game but away win. Hove v Medway - Anything less than 5 points for Medway isn't good enough. It's a no win scenario for them. Oaks v Combe -A really tough one. Combe will feel they need to prove themselves but the Paddock is a hard place to go and win. Combe have selected a big pack and clearly want a physical battle. Oaks to win a close one. Thurrock v Dartfordians -Darts need to pull themselves together to stay up but this is a step too far for them. |

Chichester v Brighton - In a battle of the 2 best 10s in the league(if playing), I think Chi will upset Brighton. Both to get BPs. Chichester win.
Chobham v Camberley. Away win for Camberley Cobham v Totts - Cobham with the home win. Totts to get ANOTHER Losing BP. Havant v Cornish - Home win for Havant on their plastic pitch. Hove v Medway - Medway to win by 50+ points 7oaks v WP - 7oaks to win in a low scoring tight game Thurrock v Darts - Darts to reverse their form, and win by 10 points with a BP. |

Luvvin your work B. Rex and Superbus. Sooo close but in the battle of the 10's they put O"Hagan at 10 but played him in a different number shirt and out of position IMHO. But Happy Days for Chi, only one drop goal though, credit to Brighton speed out of the line. Who's next ? Ooh Thurrock, hmmm wonder if they will try any off the ball tackles ....again!
