Bridgnorth 32-15 Derby Broadstreet 33-19 Burton Sandbach 21-32 Newport Scun-thorpe 17-15 Luctonians Sheffield 37-14 Lichfield Syston 23-20 Nuneaton
Donny have no one but themselves to blame for squandering a 21-5 lead only to lose with the final play of the game to hosts, Bournville. Bridgnorth return to 3rd spot with a regulation win over strugglers, Derby and Broadstreet retrun to 4th, overcoming Burton. Newport secured a bonus point win despite being pushed by Sandbach, who twice held the lead. That draws them level with Scun-thorpe on points, who top the table by virtue of having more wins than ‘port after being pushed all the way by Luctonians. Despite being behind at half time, Sheffield dominated the second half to crush the visitors, Lichfield. Finally, basement team Syston were rewarded for their improving performance with a win over Nuneaton.
