Sandbach 46   Nuneaton 41

Defence an optional extra for both sides. We strive to entertain.

Why don't we all give up this prediction game - lots of 2's and 3's knocking around this week!

It's all part of the fun. Some predict draws but not the right games. Wink

Last weekend’s results were:

Bournville 49-27 Lichfield

Bridgnorth 43-5 Doncaster

Broadstreet 17-17 Derby

Sandbach 46-41 Nuneaton

Scun-thorpe 25-19 Newport

Sheffield 26-7 Luctonians

Syston 20-42 Burton

Bournville burst the Lichfield bubble with a comprehensive win. Bridgnorth continue to sneak up on the rails with their 6th, and possibly most impressive, consecutive win of the campaign over a Donny side that seems to be unable to recover from their 10 league point deduction. The first drawer of the season came in the Broadstreet/Derby game. Not surprisingly, no one picked that one. A veritable try-fest at Sandbach saw the home side squeeze past the visitors from Nuneaton but neither team will be up for defence of the year. Game of the day came with top of the table clash between Scunny and Newport. The result saw Scun-thorpe consolidate their top spot, whilst Newport dropped to 3rd place. Sheffield further dented Luctonians promotion ambitions with a dominant performance to secure a comfortable win. Syston are yet to secure a win this season with a loss against fellow promoted team, Burton.

All change in the prediction league. A lot of 2s and 3s this week. Meanwhile, Cobbler pops up with 5 out of 7 that propels him to joint top along with Bin Licker. FP drops 2 places to third with his un-characteristic 3 pointer.
