Bees -v- Bridgnorth HW - both teams coming off the back of long breaks and will be champing at the bit.
Newport -v- Newbold HW  - ’port to be too strong for ’bold at home
Nuneaton
-v- Longton HW – Nuns seem to be hitting some form
Old Halesonians -v- Lichfield AW – usual banker
Peterborough Lions -v- Doncaster Phoenix HW – Lions will look to consolidate their 2nd place
Sandbach
-v- Derby HW – this game is most likely to go the other way IMHO. Another tight encounter to match the game between these 2 sides in September.
Skunthorpe -v- Bournville HW – the long journey will not suit the Chocolate Boys.

Looks like whatever happens, not much is going to change in the prediction league LOL

Not for the first time either ! Hope I'm wrong of course (could be 5 defeats on the trot otherwise with Bees next week).

Will we be playing on the AGP or has the the inclement weather interfered with the laying down of the all weather pitch?
Some further delays (sigh)! Last I heard handover would be 22 Jan, just too late. I'll provide further info if any different.

There was a very rusty performance from Bees at Portway as it took the whole of the first half to blow the cobwebs away. Bridgnorth’s league position continues to fail to reflect what a good side they are. However, half of the season’s games in the bag now unbeaten and 600+ points scored. Newport continue to press their claim for promotion with a 7-try bashing of Newbold. Nuns’ improvement saw them dispatch clinically Longton, who fall away further from safety. Nuns will provide stern opposition to all the teams above them. Old Hales managed to make a fist of it against Lichfield losing by only 16 points. Lions were made to work hard for their victory against Donny Phoenix and held the visitors off with 13 men at the final whistle. Sandbach were comfortable winners against Derby and Scunny came from 12-19 behind to see off a spirited Bournville display.

Many of us thought that this was probably one of the easier weeks to predict and so it proved with all but 5 of us scoring full marks, something not seen for a long while. So all in all, there has been little movement in the table
