Going to stick with my original predictions and hold out for a full house.
Longton v Sunny Scunny AW Hope to keep up our form.
Newport (Salop) v Doncaster Phoenix HW If the pitch is fit Newport just about to beat their backs.
Old Halesonians v Bridgnorth AW Another loss for the once proud Old Hales
Sandbach v Birmingham & Solihull AW Going to be tight but Bees just if they have a fit team.
Will be interesting to see how many games will be on. Looking at the weather forecast it's going to be freezing all week then we may get rain Saturday. Cry

I'm sure Stallion will correct me but thought our original selections from Week13 were just carried forward - not sure we have the option to amend (not that I am suggesting you guys have done that?)

Game should be okay FP, the clubhouse manager described the pitch (to me) as perfect earlier this afternoon. The only possible fly in the ointment is the -2 they're forecasting tonight.

I’m not so worried about the -2 as the rain forecast later. I'll be there anyway. I'm the good looking one among the Scunny Alikadoes Wink

'Bach sneaked it 23-20 slightly better kicking performance. A wonderful advertisement for this division. Huge commitment, intensity and sportsmanship from both sets of players and supporters.

Well done Sandbach for being the first to beat Bees. Especially considering you lost at home to Newbold last week!!

Couldn’t agree more, Taniwha. Our kickers were surprisingly out of sorts but your boys’ defence held out in the second half when we had the elements and your slope in our favour

Tip tackle from our 12 with Sandbach player landing on his head. Not intent (first ever red for the lad) but ref got it right

I suspect that it was BECAUSE we lost to Newbold at home last week. Lots of anger and frustration from that game harnessed by the boys today.

The results for rearranged week 13 fixtures were:

Longton 12-23 Skunthorpe

Newport 64-21 Doncaster Phoenix

Old Halesonians 5-77 Bridgnorth

Sandbach 23-20 B’ham & Solihull

Scunny had this game wrapped up before half time to notch their 9th consecutive win. Newport came back after consecutive losses to comprehensively beat Donny P.  Bridgnorth made easy work of O. Hales. Sandbach’s do or die defence secured them a memorable and well deserved win over Bees to end their winning streak.

In the PL it’s tied at the top with Bin Licker's “dix points” propelling up to 3rd spot Star. Gaff of the day comes from  Roary who must have forgotten that his original post did not predict result for 2 of the already postponed games that day and did not post here.
