Another great performance by Huddersfield at Lockwood Park against Sheffield Tigers. After going down to an early Tigers try, Huddersfield woke up and then managed to keep the Tigers at arms length for the rest of the afternoon.

Sheffield are a good side with lots of attacking threats, and beat Fylde last week. How are they just above the relegation places?

It was a really good game; we think we should have won but you did really well to come back from 14-0 down at h/t. I would like to say that it was great to see so many visiting Wharfedale supporters today - great for atmosphere and general enjoyment. Welsh Hopper

I would just like to say that barring the weather and the result, we had a good day at Stour. The hospitality was fist rate.
It was good to catch up with Mrs O, Senile and Yorkshirestour. I hope Senile's court case goes ok.
It was just another week when the opposition thought it was the F A Cup Final and we were not at our best.
We will just have to cope with still being top of the league for now.
There's a lot to be said for mid-table mediocrity.

Whoa, who said it was ok to be nice.?? Well, nearly nice. When will Hull be back at our level. Smashing ground.
Looking forward to seeing your lot next year. 11 and 15 scythed down within 5 metres and then no game plan.

Your right YS, we all knew where we stood when we didn't like each other.

Just reading all of the excuses for the minnows beating the top flight teams in the FA Cup yesterday. I will put your win in the same bracket.

I have no doubt that next year will be Stour's year but early commiserations to Senile who will be job hunting after this season.

You're right Sid, I've forwarded my CV and applied for the rubber crumb counting job at Preston and Chester but they've already promised it to your coach for November 2019. You know the script at Onions.... get promoted and then sack the coach who got you there after six months LOL  (sacked my mutual consent of course Wink )

This is far more enjoyable than reading the papers about Brexit.
Surprised Puli hasn't joined in about Hull are going to be beating you twice next year after their promotion.Looks like we could be beating Moseley twice as well. How are the mighty fallen ?

That's very cutting Senile.
I prefer to believe that the players got us promoted which is why we opted to keep the players and lose the coach who had definitely lost the changing room.

You have avoided the trap of my deliberate spelling error. Well done. Still waiting to see which pedant will pick me up.

Puli doesn't support Hull. He supports East Yorkshire rugby. Or so he would have you believe.
