Guernsey 1-5 BARNES-Leaders may just think they have won. Expect a convincing visitors win.
HERTFORD 5-0 Southend Saxons- Hertford still hoping and to keep going.
Sutton & Epsom 1-4 WESTCLIFF- Cliff to finish season strongly. Sutts probably safe.
TOWCESTRIANS 5-2 Guildford - G's have troubles and Tows have the pride to make things difficult.
TRING 5-0 Shelford- Slender hope for Tring if they keep winning. Shelford would need Cambridge support.
TUNBRIDGE WELLS 5-2 Sidcup- Cant work out the inconsistent form of Cup, who have surprised and bemused in equal doses. Will be a surprise if they dent consistent TWELLS.
Westcombe Park 2-5 DORKING- Park have a chance if they can defend like Hertford. On a line through Hertford, expect D's to upset the revival especially if finding true form.

Venue for MOTD could be any of 4 locations this week. I expect Guernsey to taste their 1st home defeat against the experienced N2 pedigree of nearest rivals, who will want to keep the gap between chasing Tring. Raiders looked to show a few weaknesses when D's were there, but this should be some game today. Good luck to all.

Hi everyone. Late to the game but thought I'd throw my 10 cents in below;

Guernsey 0:5 Barnes: away win here. What a game, expect a titanic contest.
Hertford 5:0 Southend: no surprises here.
S&E 1:5 Westcliffe: westcliffe pack too strong.
Towcestresians 0:5 Guildford: few tough weeks for Guildford expect them to bounce back here.
Tring 5:1 Shelford: tring to keep very much in the mix for promotion.
TW 5:0 Sidcup: Tunbridge far too strong here and at home.
WP 4:1 Dorking: despite not being impressed with the recruits, they will probably have enough against dorking

SmileExtraordinary game at Guernsey today, played at a ferocious pace for the best part of 100 minutes, and in front of 900 partisan supporters from Guernsey, and 80 equally vocal from Barnes. Barnes shone in the first 20 mins, but then Guernsey strangled the supply to our backs, a Barnes yellow card just on half-time allowed the islanders a 22-14 cushion at the break. In the second half, Barnes raised their game at the breakdown, gave away less pens and therefore got more ball. The game was contested mainly between the 22s, with Barnes outstanding defence frustrating Guernsey, in fact at times they ran our of ideas. I reckon we put in over 250 tackles. Barnes scored two converted trys, the deciding one being an interception on the half way line. Despite a second yellow card for Barnes as full time approached, the boys held on valiantly. Guernsey will rock tonight, but it will be the visitors celebrating not the locals! The game was a testament to the high quality of rugby in this league..it now looks like Tring will be the team who decides who comes first and second after the Eater break as they play at Barnes and then at home to Guernsey the following week. An exciting conclusion awaits!

Here here honestinjun. I hear the 13 got another intercept. He's become quite a specialist. What a player

At the other end, sad to see the demise of Southend. Yesterday they were full of effort but a couple of paces slow in speed of thought, and out and out pace.

Hopefully they can arrest their slump and we'll see them back in the Prem in a couple of seasons.

It’s sad for Westcliff that we are losing our local derby against Southend. We’ve had four great occasions when we’ve played them over the last couple of seasons with bumper crowds (and bumper takings). Hopefully we will stay in this league and they will be back to join us soon.
