Bedford Athletic 4 v 2 Chingford Long journey will aid Bedford

Brentwood 4 v 1 Hertford Brentwood know how to use their slope and will be riding high after by all accounts a somewhat lucky draw away from home last week

Guildford 1 v 5 Tunbridge Wells Guildford have a knack of picking up bonus points but T Wells too strong
Sutton & Epsom 2 v 5 Sidcup Cup to get over the terrible away changing room conditions and make their hosts pay
Tring 5 v 0 Dorking Tring looking strong this year and Dorking may be stuck in mid table mediocrity for the forseeable
Westcliff  5 v 0 Shelford Should Shelford quit now?
Wimbledon 5 v 0 CS Stags 1863 @Only see Wimbledon losing to one team this year...

How were Brentwood ‘somewhat lucky’ to draw, I think you mean Sidcup were lucky to draw,
Brentwood missed 7 points through 2 missed con and a missed pen , and also were not awarded a try from being held up.
Brentwood out scored Sidcup 3 tries to 2   and I would say outplayed Sidcup for
Majority of the game. Maybe struggled at scrum time but that was all!

At the risk of going Tit for Tat, the previous comments seem to completely condemn our supporters without an even perspective. Having been at the game ( admittedly not amongst all the raucous ) before the mentioned incident occurred there were incidents where the OE's contingent behind the dead ball line entered onto the pitch from a subsequent OE's try slapping our players on the back followed by the intolerable "wooping" which I'm sure most on this forum will agree is overwhelmingly annoying and beer throwing.

Not condoning our behaviour just giving a full view on the events which in my opinion heightened the day and a great game of rugby which occurred in good spirits agreed by both sets of supporters post match.

Bedford Athletic 4 - 2 Chingford - Agree with Surrey Sir travel to affect Chingford
Brentwood 5 - 1 Hertford - Brentwood Towie Collection to come through strong as long as the kicker can "keep his head" Wink
Guildford 1 - 4 Tunbridge Wells - TW's looking strong this year and can see them running with this one
Sutton & Epsom 2 - 5 Sidcup - By all accounts lots of good work ons done last night to rectify a few wrongs, on pitch solidarity to push us to the W
Tring 5 - 0 Dorking - Tring look strong excited for our match up in the coming weeks
Westcliff 5 - 0 Shelford - Can only see this result going one way
Wimbledon 5 - 0 CS Stags 1863 - Wimbledon as expected looking a classy outfit

That was you in that blazer then P&G...Smile. I seem to remember your kicker missing an easier kick in complete silence but let's not dwell on that. The kicker in question was an 18year old making his debut in the 1st team, well done.

Let's see how the table looks after we've all played each other once.

What an introduction to 1XV rugby for the young pup, he stood his ground well across the game in my opinion and sure he isn't to hung up on the kicking debacle but in fact relishing the rematch.

Unfortunately your attempt to foil the loose tongued Blazer villain has come up short.

I prefer to spectate the games from an end on perspective and wasn't aware of this situation until your post. Was just a humble baiting on one of your previous comments. Nibble received.

Bedford Athletic 0 v 5 Chingford Thinking this could be a long season for Athletic.
Brentwood 5 v 1 Hertford Herts to continue to be humbled?
Guildford 4 v 2 Tunbridge Wells V tight this one, but big Tom Jeffery to rumble over for 2 out wide to win it!
Sutton & Epsom 4 v 1 Sidcup Tight one, but home advantage to edge it
Tring 5 v 0 Dorking T Promotion contenders v relegation contenders
Westcliff  5 v 0 Shelford Ditto
Wimbledon 5 v 0 CS Stags 1863 CS have enough to stay out of trouble, but not on this day

Woah! Quite the spicy prediction week thread... Sidcup were a bit meh last weekend, did really well to pull it back in and get the draw at the death, I feel like if the game were 5 minutes longer we would have  come out winners, but just too any errors and far, far too many penalties. I was impressed with Brentwood, their game plan felt fairly limited in terms of attack but boy did they execute it well, their forwards worked extremely hard around the corner and some of their offloads in the wet were very impressive. I am already looking forward to slurping on some Essex ale come the away fixture, which I'm sure will be fairly tasty if the exchanges above are anything to go by...

Bedford Athletic 5-2 Chingford - It will be raining tries in the midlands
Brentwood 4-1 Hertford - Really surprised with Hertford this year, and feel like confidence at Brentwood is high
Guildford 1-5 Tunbridge Wells - Wells to finally click?
Sutton & Epsom 0-5 Sidcup - A real bogey team for us, but not this time (I hope!)
Tring 5-0 Dorking - Tring to punish relegation favourites Wink
Westcliff 5-0 Shelford - Landslide.
Wimbledon 5-0 CS Stags - As above in the west london derby.

If Brentwood have their usual 10 (and kicker) they are a different team.

So this league is really hard to predict this year! It's going to be very, very competitive with only I predict Wimbledon having a bit of a run away lead.
Was at Wells V Westcliff last week. Was very impressed with both teams skill levels and ability in the conditions. Personally I felt Wells were the better team but Westcliff deserved the win (does that make sense? I don't even know....)

Anyway, onto this weeks stab in the dark...

Bedford Athletic 1 -v- 4 Chingford: Going for an away win as I've heard good things about Ching but I think Bedford are certainly more tooled up than Towcester were last year. They will pick up results.

Brentwood 4 -v- 1 Hertford: Herford struggling (which I don't think most of us saw coming) against a team full of confidence on what I hear is a difficult pitch for visiting teams.

Guildford 0 -v- 5 Tunbridge Wells: I very rarely don't give the home team anything but I feel like T Wells may run with this one. They have a few returning faces back in and will want to make amends from last week.

Sutton & Epsom 2 -v- 5 Sidcup: A tough one but I think Sidcup will edge a high scoring encounter.

Tring 5 -v- 0 Dorking: 5 at home for the Tringians but Dorking will but up a fight.

Westcliff 5 -v- 0 Shelford: Shelford full of endeavor but away from the plastic they will struggle, especially at Westcliff which isn't a happy hunting ground for visiting teams.

Wimbledon 5 -v- 0 CS Stags 1863: Not quite a romp but 5 points for the Wombles.
