I'm going to Monks Lane tonight and will update from there.

I would point out that Newbury do update very promptly via Twitter

Presume that's a 0-5 league points outcome? Nul points for Newbury which will make Otley very happy

Well said  Caveman, good to see the lad back and featuring. The abusive supporter (singular) needs locking up - our comments back to him simply that his abuse of the referee was obviously counter productive. He didnt win the match for us but could so easily have made the perceived difference in a closer contest.

there seems to be a recurring thread on here about one/some of the Newbury "supporters!

Do they really need his/their £10 so badly that they can`t bring them selves to ask him/them politely not to bother turning up!

I know that at last weekends game there was a strange incident which may or may not have been a big refereeing error!? but abusing the officials is unnacceptable!

Of course Newbury`s coach has a little "previous" for having a go at the officials, so perhaps it`s allowed down at Monk`s Lane?

Get rid of them!!

Surprised no unofficial action has occurred in the form of the gentle tap on the shoulder accompanied by "Shut up or get out" that is normally administered by intimidating former front 5 forwards.

is every big game between now and the season's denouement that isn't won by at least a dozen points going to lead to an invitation on this forum for people to have a pop at the ref?
