Those advertising hoardings need pulling down - They are making the playing fields unlevel.

Serious intent from RP . . . RP were struggling financially a few seasons ago and now are able to offer significant retainers . . some serious talent. They have to be installed as favourites, on the back of an excellent season last year . . and they have only added quality and pace . . and some big lumps up front.

Nat 1 is going to be even more exciting than last year .   Chinnor, Roth, OE's and RP to lead the charge . . a returning Richmond might be in for a shock!

Halliford - I think we've had this discussion before? No such thing unless you're chasing some RFU funding in one form or another

First 5 are quality signings (don't know the others) - I would crpertainly expect Park to be there or there abouts at the end of the season.

Yes it’s going to be rugby worth watching. Looking forward to the Richmond v Park derbies. Always exciting in the past and likely to be so in the coming season.

True, thatbloke, if you don’t need RFU travel money or international tickets and you don’t want support or events from your CB, don’t bother!

A big saving for the RFU or will they give the full pot to the teams that have signed the declaration if so someone will have luxury travel for the season.

Ken Dowding is a very experienced prop, not only a full Army cap he has also done a little time with Ospreys, Bath, London Irish, Bedwas, Cardiff, Newport and also for his regiment. He is now in his mid 30's and still playing great rugby, making the full Army squad again for the 2019 inter services.

Two Mond props gone to Ealing and LI respectively, one retired. One great lock retired. One great 8th Man/lock retired, so hopefully reinforcements will fill the gap in the tight five. Also I hope the very good loose forward Jack AllHuckleberry has recovered, as he was missed last season. However Mond does have other good ones. Backs almost all stayed, just need to see how No 9 works out. And they  still have Kirby.
