Genuine anselmians question, not trying to wind anyone up....

Assuming you had at least 2 senior mens teams last season, and you have signed upwards of 10 new players this season, where are all thr lads from last season playing now? Have you started another senior team to accommodate the players who got you up or have a lot of them moved on?

We run 3 senior teams and both the 2nd & 3rd teams are competitive within their respective leagues with the 2s top and 3s 4th . Like any club we have lots of injury & unavailability with 2 or 3 having left .

Yes 3 teams same as last season . Some big results in NW1 over the weekend . Birk Park away at Northwich and Burnage beating Warrington and Manchester bearing Penrith heavily . It seems the fight to stay away from 3rd bottom will be fearce . We played well at Blackburn yesterday and they were very complimentary , I forsee a better 2nd half of the season ..

Don’t worry only a complete D head would pick you up on a silly mistake do you know any one like that ? You are going to need a good second half to season in fact you are going to need a brilliant second half.

I would say that common sense suggests the bottom 2 are a shoe-in for relegation at this stage.

The battle for the 3rd spot, however, is an absolute joke - I wouldn't count myself out of it unless I was Carlisle to be perfectly honest. Can't imagine 2nd place Blackburn are considering themselves to be safe as ridiculous as that sounds

Wondering why GK & Pen15 are loitering around this chat ?? I believe the boys who operate from the wooden hut on the hill (Caldy) are starting to worry about their own position ?? Ex Anselmians being thrust in immediately front row dilemas . Wow players weren't approached of course they weren't ??

Naa not Salisbury , "The Saint" told me he left because he was picked to play in the 2s . Williams who played in the representative Cheshire Harvesters game which was coached by 2 Caldy coaches who both also attended our recent fixture v Birkenhead Park . It's a funny old world !!

you mean the same Williams who played for caldy for 3 seasons, mostly as a 2xv player, racking up a handful of bench 1xv appearances, the same Williams who played 2xv on Saturday against chester?

big money signing for caldy 2xv

now all we need is Selwood, Dowler and Isaacs back and our 2xv will be on fire

What hasn’t helped Annie’s are that the two clubs trainning at the same time on a Thursday at Chester. You then get to compare between your session and the other clubs session.
