Yep I know this is a while away yet, but I'm trying to put a travel plan together to go watch this Friday evening game,   Need to book a train London to Nottingham soon, and not sure of the last bit.
Can some kind person please tell me how far it is from Nottingham railway station to the ground ?
Walkable ? Is there a bus ? Or is a cab the best option ?
Come on Jersey........

It is about 20 minutes walk from the station, not sure about buses. There are lots of cabs at the station.
If it was me I would walk, but break the journey at Hooters :)
If only Nottingham was in Wales it would be perfect.

There is a direct flight to EMA from Jersey at 13.05 on 1st Dec arriving at 14.15. I got my ticket for £34.99 which in relative terms is a bargain! Easy onward trip to Nottingham train station by bus.   Hooters is a definite detour on the way to the ground but slightly further down that road is the old standby of the Trent Navigation. There are loads of buses going down towards the ground but the 20 minute walk with timeouts at Hooters & the Trent Nav means you should allow a couple of hours. Great curries available in the town centre.

The Number 11 bus from Nottingham train station stop S1 to the ground- every 15 minutes. £2 one way £3.70 return. There are other buses that you can get off and walk to the ground but that one stops round the corner from the ground.
Forever proud, always missed and never forgotten.. 050910-080214. ❤️

If you have time to go into town for some food try Bar Iberico, best Tapas I have had outside Spain.

Westcoaster, CC, make sure that you take your boots as you might get a game at the rate that the players are getting injured!

I'm planning to come back through London and was hoping to see the Exiles v Mond match on the Saturday but my plans may have been scuppered by Sky TV. There is a cracking game at Donny v Briz on the Saturday but I might get lynched up there so I'll look for a Nat 1 match around London somewhere.

Ask nicely (buy me a pint Tongue) and I'll pick you up from the station, however, if Jersey win then you're getting the taxi back!

That's got to be the one for me. I've never been to OEs and Know a good few lads down there but would have to support Mose.
