It'll be because Nigel C is moving from AR'ing in the Prem to TMO'ing instead (or as well).

I hope Sky have allowed for an extra 30 minutes broadcasting time in case the Irish v Jersey match goes the same way as the Bath v Worcester match that Ian Tempest officiated at at...

I'd guess it's because it is London Irish and Jersey beat them earlier in the season and are the main challengers in my opinion.

Blues v Cov would have been a good one though, long rivalry and a derby game.  The good news for Blues is home games on Sky we do badly in general, away games on Sky we do well!

Just found it disappointing Sky added it to their live fixtures page for a good few weeks then removed it a couple of weeks ago.

Massive blow for the Reds, he has been an absolute rock in the centre of our defense this season, although he does live life close to the line at times. I don’t recall the incident, but if the siting committee feel the need to ban him then I guess that he must be guilty and will have to suck up his punishment.
I hope that the Bedford player is ok.

Well said mate I second everything here. although Kuki has never imo been a dirty player and its a huge pity his record is blotted by this incident. The RFU haven't posted the full judgement on their site yet but I will certainly look at it with interest when they do. The system is greatly enhanced by the record keeping and its transparency. If Best remains injured & Kuki banned the core of Jersey's midfield defence over the last couple of seasons is removed at a stroke for the next few games which will certainly make things easier for Irish, Pirates et al but hopefully it will mean that the selection from the rest of the rest of the small squad will still follow the attacking principles they have shown all season.  I hope Jersey continue to play attacking rugby and if they lose a few matches in the process that's part of the game.

Surely they need a third so they can at least get a majority decision!

1ST XV LINEUP L IRISH AWAY 26TH JAN

That's a wonderful attacking team selection - if they can secure enough possession they will score buckets of tries - Howay Jersey.

Irish will miss Myler -  the league's MVP by a long way imo.

Should be an interesting game on Sunday. Myler not being involved obviously the headline for LI, but overall I'd say it's a slightly stronger team than the one than appeared in the loss to Jersey earlier in the season.

Big game for Atkins though.
