In the 24 appearances by the Wasps lads they scored circa 20% of Coventry's tries last season.
That's more than limited impact. Big piece in todays Coventry Telegraph about Coventry and Wasps working together.

Hadn't heard that, spoke to Aston on Wednesday and he was in discussions but perhaps news that came out about Danny Herriot changed his mind

Any thoughts on him Rabbie (or anyone else)? His pedigree looks impressive.

Aston will fo very well at that level and is a really nice guy who is also our academy coach. From the top of my head he has started 78 out of 80 games over the three years and in the majority played the full 80 minutes. I thought we may have got him onto the coaching team but with having Tom Stradwick appointed as forwards coach who is also a Kent and Whitgift school coach maybe there wasn't the opportunity.

Rabbie : I hear Colin Ridgeway has also left as D of R this week, or at least resigned and is about to join OE's coaching staff, any truth in that?

still nothing official from our end on this. Don't know Jay Tyack, but Koree Britton is another refugee from the LW implosion. I have seen him play a bit more and that would be another cracking signing for us.

Britton has a high reputation, but our line-out never seemed to function as well when he was throwing in !

Tyack had a very good season and deserves his chance at a higher level
