We have just 2 matches remaining in South West Premier and it will decide the last relegated team to join Lydney and Hornets. The matches on Saturday are;

Exmouth v Camborne
Newton Abbot v Newbury

As a separate side prediction, who's going to win;

Guernsey v Bournemouth

Cheers

Interestingly, if both Newbury and Exmouth were to win, then Blues would be relegated with the same number of wins as Maids, in 3rd place. Utterly bonkers league.

Thats bonkers but just goes to show how competitive this league has been this season. Come Saturday evening there could be just 10 points between 3rd and 12th place..

As always it's about the bonus points I see you have 18 try bonus points and 4 losing bonus points. Obviously attacking rugby pays dividends. However, Blues have a positive points difference which Maids don't and is quite surprising for a team 3rd from bottom.

Guernsey/Bournemouth fixture. Are we going to use this result in the event of a draw at the top of the table? Wink

I think that would be a very good idea but only in the event of a draw at the top of our table, as long as no one objects...

Here goes...

Exmouth
Newbury

Guernsey

If it does end this way and both league sides win, if Newbury get a try bonus point and Exmouth don't, it will be Exmouth that go down.

CM Thumbs Up

I may be going against my own region but I do hope that Bournemouth can win it. I'd rather L&SE keep our international fixture in Guernsey rather than having another northern team drop in.
