Northern team??? It could be Bedford Athletic who move in hardly a Northern team. Wink

Exmouth 59 v Cambourne 19
Newton Abbot 27 v Newbury Blues 48.

Commiserations  to Newbury on their relegation. More wins than 5 teams above them and positive points difference. Just shows how crucial TB & LB's are.

What a league... and Chippenham look forward to catching up with Newbury next season. Amazing that there's only 10 points between 3rd place and 12th place.

The tightest league I can remember for a long while..

They think it's all over, it is now!
The worthy winner is my long suffering learned friend (once he got away from copy and pasting other peoples and starting making his own predictions.)

Gutted for the lads...absolutely gutted..... second best defensive record after top of the table Dings... beat second in the table Bournemouth home and away, beat third in the table Maidenhead home and away, beat fourth in the table NAB home and away.... gutted.... have more than held our own. ....we just didn't get enough tries and found those BPs allusive

What a close, close league it has been though... we had a pretty good travelling support too and despite the relegation I'm sure we're proud of how the guys have done...

..oh well... less miles on the clock next season....

Many thanks you cheeky little Evil Smile  and many thanks for putting the league together over the past couple of seasons. Its been a mighty close battle this season and SW Premier been as close as I can remember. The lack of prediction bonus points has clearly demonstrated that this game is not easy (even with a bit of the often alleged C&P Shocked).

As for next season, it looks like its not going to any easier but we're still looking for a volunteer to step into FP's ample sized shoes and take on the collating role - Any takers??

Cheers

CM
