The Six Nations is only a week away but SW Prem rolls on and next Saturday we have the below to contemplate....

Bracknell v Dings Crusaders
Brixham v Ivybridge
Maidenhead v Hornets
Newbury Blues v Camborne
Newton Abbot v Lydney
Weston-super-Mare v Cleve
Bournemouth v Exmouth

A few crackers amongst the above including a battle of the plastic boys (hopefully the weather wont call off this fixture at the very last minute..). 9th v 10th and WSM v Cleve are going to be interesting games..

Anyway, I'm off to have a celebratory half for sitting top of the pile for one week...

Have a great week

Well everybody, as a pure neutral with no alliance to anybody, I would like to recacall the famous quotation from July 30th 1966 from the late Kenneth Wolstenholme now applying it to Dings Crusaders.

They think it’s all over.... It is now.

After blowing away Bournemouth this league will now be in control of Dings Crusaders RFC.
Thanks Landseer Avenue in Locklease for the support you have given this Club and please wish them well in the new ground.

Good Luck you Dings.      #Up the Dings.

Romanrelic.

Bracknell v Dings Crusaders- Bracknell are the form side of the division currently, Dings are the outstanding side of the division. Really tough call, but Dings to scrape through by 1.
Brixham v Ivybridge- Brixham with home advantage to bounce back.
Maidenhead v Hornets- Maids are missing a few this week, but should have enough to beat an improved Hornets.
Newbury Blues v Camborne- bolstered Camborne pack to win narrowly here.
Newton Abbot v Lydney- Lydney are much improved, and frustrated us at Braywick. They won’t win this, but it will be close.
Weston-super-Mare v Cleve- Cleve to put WSM further into the relegation dogfight.
Bournemouth v Exmouth- Bournemouth to win, to virtually end Exmouth’s hopes of a playoff spot.
Dings
Brixham
Maids
Newton Abbott
Camborne
Cleve
Bournemouth

Dings Crusaders - keeping the faith
Brixham
Maidenhead - can't see Hornets getting anything here
Newbury Blues - not sure Camborne travel well but they beat Dings
Newton Abbot - no upset here
Weston-super-Mare - inconsistent Cleve
Bournemouth - back to winning ways

For the Maidenhead guys, thought I might come your way and give you a shout as LS have a free weekend and I’m in the area. Any recommendations welcome. I will be on foot. 🥃

Old Exile, you’d be most welcome. Note that we have a double header tomorrow, with our 2nd XV playing Abbey at 1pm, followed by the 1st XV match v Hornets at 3pm.
