My statement still stands, we will all ways need the kids to dig for coal and women to wash the floors, cook and clean.
I hope that clears that up.

FP - if my boys don’t dig for coal you boys won’t have any chimneys to clean ...

Changing tack, I been upset this week as it has been said that Fireman Sam is no more, polictical corectness has gone mad and we should be saying Fire person Sam.

What’s you view FP.

The world has gone mad.

I’m just going to ask my wo (can’t use man ) to make me a nice cup of tea.

Brixham v Newbury Blues- Brixham’s large pack to overpower Blues in a close win.
Dings Crusaders v Cleve- derby win for Dings, who will be desperate to avenge their defeat earlier in the season.
Hornets v Bournemouth- Hornets strong home form to continue in a close victory.
Lydney v Weston-super-Mare- similar to above, Lydney to continue good home form.
Maidenhead v Newton Abbot- Maids to bounce back and keep the pressure on at the top.

You're right RR it's all gone mad, they'll be stopping our lot calling you "love and duck" as they do in Yarkshire. I think you might be wearing that tea if you're not careful. LOL

Cracking game at Braywick today, which could have gone either way. Newton Abbott were very clinical, and despite having less possession, often scored when they did have it.

A last minute breakaway try from Maids made it look more comfortable than it was! Probably the fastest game I’ve been involved in, between two good sides having a real good go.

Great set of lads and supporters, who I’m sure will still be there or thereabouts in April.

Cheers

Sorry for my tardiness this week came back home late yesterday drowning sorrows on 2 fronts. Englands' poor showing, and our 11 match undefeated run came to an end and we are reliant on other peoples results giving us a chance of getting 2nd place. Back to the matter in hand 2 games washed out this week and subsequently making it more difficult to get a full house in one fell swoop. This weeks stars Star with 4 are Maidsboy & NeilSKN Clap Clap while at the Italy end of the scoring was Roman Relic coming in with only 1, his ALL AWAY Wins, faint heart never won fair maiden attitude, RR but I do hope your good lady doesn't read these posts or you're in deep cack LOL.  There is little change in the league but Sidelined creeps back into 2nd equal place, while with Maidsboy top score has pulled him up and within striking distance of the top. Seagulls appears to have flown back to sea and will imminently be leaving the league and Surrey Ben will become the strongest man in the league. Any full house now can make a big difference although the last one was back in week 6. The league now looks like this.
I think next wek will be Week 21 replayed so please predict accordingly to make it easier for me Big smile.

Thanks FP for sorting out the numbers and talk about a carp weekend. A load of mates went over to Paris and paid good money for that performance from England. Wonder what 15 will take the pitch next week?? Will it be Haskell, Johnson and Wilkinson or the same crew without a back row or some young bloods building for 2019??

Lets see.. Is it time to gamble?... and I'm talking about the league table.

I paid good money for my lad to go, but he's having a good weekend (bar the result) so I'm happy with that. I think it's a Tony Blair moment " Things can only get better." I can't see EJ doing anything drastic but he's got a number of players who aren't going to be in the squad (surely) for the WC next year so where he goes from here I don't know Confused.
