What happened to the famous Lyd poster? Is Pete still around??

He only posted when they were winning, hence his silence

Well, I've held off this week to try a different ploy and use some statistical analysis.
Very interesting, as all the pundits are only torn with the Bournemouth v Camborne fixture.
So I'm going with the results.

Bracknell - Weight watchers need a session with the WSM forwards.
Dings - Different side this week, some players missing and some returning to the side.
Hornets - Stop laughing about the comments I've made about WSM, the same applies to Hornets.
Exmouth - Sorry Maidenhead but your still learning the ropes at this level.
Newbury Blues - Ivybridge still unsteady on there feet. Big pitch could be a problem.
Newton Abbot - Cleve to run out of steam as the game goes on.
Bournemouth - Crossing too many counties to win this one. Beware of the show ponies.

Good Luck To All.

Romanrelic Thumbs Up

If we were all judged by the worst thing we'd ever done, none of us would come out very well.

And the final results from todays games;

Bournemouth 31 - 20 Camborne
Bracknell 23 - 23 Weston-super-Mare
Brixham 28 - 34 Dings Crusaders
Hornets 38 - 26 Lydney
Maidenhead 45 - 33 Exmouth
Newbury Blues 13 - 22 Ivybridge
Newton Abbot 64 - 31 Cleve

Yet again, a number of 'surprise' results but Newton Abbot and Dings retain their unbeaten status (although it was close for Dings today from all accounts). Lydney, Brixham and draw-specialists WSM are still waiting for their first win. Will it be next week?

Cheers

A good day at Braywick for Maidenhead v Exmouth yesterday- we were disappointed after our performance last week v Dings, so a really good response from the boys. Exmouth were 12-0 up after 10 mins and caught us a bit cold, but we soon settled into our rhythm. It was 45-26, until the last play when Exmouth scored to give a final score of 45-33.

NAB and Dings certainly look like the two to beat, and I'd be very surprised if anyone else occupied the top 2 spots by the end of the season.

Well the draw has put the Kybosh on this weeks full house. Upsets of the weeks Ivybridge and Maidenhead, top picks with 5, Maidsboy, TRFTRF & Seagulls Clap Clap Clap, wooden spoon shared by Town, Norge & Simba Cry Cry Cry . So the league looks thus with Spiko now a point clear.

Correct me if I am wrong FP, it looks like Town only scored 2 points.
Can you check and if I'm wrong I will apologise.

Maids Boy well done you stuffed us.

Be cautious with your comments on this board as it usually bites you in the ass.
The pitches will get wet and teams will get lots of injuries. We had 8 starters missing yesterday. No excuses, thats the team we put out.

Some humility would go a long way and make friends.

Hi RF,

No lack of humility here- it was a tough game, in which both sides played attractive rugby, scoring some great tries in the process. Sorry to hear that you are missing some players- I hope they are back on the pitch soon, and wish everyone at Exmouth all the best for the rest of the season.

Cheers

Tugging forelock I have corrected accordingly. Good job you came. RR. Embarrassed Another reason for not predicting and marking the same league. As stated last week a good marker always beats a good predictor. LOL

Top man FP.

You need every point when at the dizzy heights of the prediction league.

Keep up the good work.
