Unfortunately next week's scores will be the last from me - once I had out that imaginary trophy on Monday (working Sunday so probably won't get a chance) I will officially no longer be welcome on the National League forum - absolutely zero tolerance for North 1 scum on here haha! I've enjoyed keeping track of our little corner of the rugby world, thanks to everyone who stuck with it over the years & hopefully us Loo boys will be back in a couple of season to interrupt all your threads and generally upset everyone!

Although I am not a contributor to the weekly prediction topic, I do read and enjoy the threads.

The main reason, I believe, is the enormous contribution played by the organiser - Sten.

His good humour, all round knowledge and dedication have made the posts most enjoyable.

I am sure Richard will allow a non-level 5er to run a thread for the benefit of the future North Premier league.

I would hope that sufficient of the current N3N contributors would let Sten know how valuable his work has been and how much it has been appreciated.

So let's see if we can persuade Sten to stay for another season until Waterloo return in 2018-19.

As the regular cellar dweller I would add my appreciation for all Sten's work. The insight he has makes 'his' league a great success and hopefully he will carry on and see his club return to 3N.
Fingers crossed.

To be fair, we should be losing level 5 forums next season as it will no longer be a national league (just like we should have cut The Championship loose long ago)! Joking aside, Camquin was kind enough to run the N2S league this season despite his team's promotion to N1. There's never been any requirement for posters to support a team at any specific level in order to post, just a wish to discuss the levels concerned on this board.

Having loosely followed the Waterloo threads this season, I'm hopeful that something will be setup in Clubhouse Chat so that what I can keep an eye on what's happening next season.

Sten has made the Prediction League into an art form since he won it 4 years ago. The format is brilliant and I must admit I really look forward to his prologue of the forthcoming matches.
So hopefully we can persuade him to continue.

Many still play in the National 3 league when the club they follow, takes a years break .... Me for one !

In fact my great friend Tulip, won the competition whilst his 1st team (tigers are his second    ) were in N2N.

Why do we keep coming back ? Why do we still post week in week out ? Why do others look from a far in ore ?

STEN

There should not even be a debate in my view ..... Sten for our leader !!!!
