Sale fc had a great day yesterday...solid in defence(one lapse of concentration). Attack on the turn over was brilliant...slick and thoughtful. The score doesn't reflect how good LL were though...they held possession well just couldn't break down that sale defence...I still predict they will be in the top four come April.

Interesting comments, gonna be long old season and a few upsets along the way, winning away will decide how this league turns out, there were more than I predicted.

Going to be a brilliant league again this season. Any one of about 8-10 teams all in with a shout.

On a slightly different note, anyone know if Stour's new 1st XV pitch is laid yet? If not, will it be in time for Saturday?
