Ncee to see the boys firing again, have thought jack Weare is a 12 well above this level and can not wait to see Lavelle to be back... Personally I think Lavelle will be there difference between Waterloo staying up, the lad is a different class and very much so looking forward to seeing Waterloo get a good few wins now.

Good showing from the Loo boys today - some good tries and some decent defence.

Keep building from this, the lads look to have their tails up now

Rfu rules are quite simple:
1)you can pay a coach(s) what you want
2)at level 6 you are restricted to £10k pa for a player /coach.
3)if clubs infringe that then they lose all rfu benefits including interest free loans and contribution towards travel costs
4)if a club decide they can pay contacted players what they want but they lose that detailed in 3)
The whole issue of payments to players goes on for pages and pages so the above is a brief summary

See previous post - its not an imposed budget it just disqualifies you from various RFU sources of funding if you choose to ignore it

Well, they obviously do - hence the imposed budgets

Indeed which makes it strange that the RFU adopts this stance!

That's how I understood it, not really much of a deterrent if you pay that sort of money at that level.

Correct me if I'm wrong. But are there not rules that govern how much a coach or player coach can he paid. I don't imagine that it's that much for a team playing at Level 6!

Well I've heard of a "Champagne lifestyle on a beer money budget" but this is most definitely "Beer money rugby on a champagne budget" Most of the other clubs in this league must be scratching their heads in disbelief

As I said above, the word is that his wife fund raises to cover his salary

Is Sugar Daddy actually father in law?

Bro pk, Manchester, Warrington & Burnage all have the same difficult run in. Games vs each other will decide it. I'm positive...but that's no surprise.

It's certainly a strange idea....I wonder if anyone raises funds (presumably in the name of the rugby club) to fund his wife's fundraising?
