In the BIC on Saturday, Tupai will clock up his 250th appearance for the Blues... not a bad effort for someone who joined us at 33 years old!  I am sure quite a few opposition players will be looking forward to his retirement at the end of the season.

Great effort from 'Toops'. Clap I've just tweeted congrats to a Jersey boy clocking up 250 today - Matt Banahan for Bath, who play Toulon. He's still 3 years younger than Toops when he joined the Blues!

That is some achievement in this day and age with the high impact nature of the modern game. Many congratulations to him for reaching this milestone and to everyone at Bedford who must be very proud to have a brilliant servant to the club. Very rare these days.

I recall watching his last game for Northampton (v Launceston) many, many years ago!
