But please deny Moseley the bonus point to give us a chance.
Obviously none of our clubs want to be at this end of the table, best of luck to all three clubs trying to aviod the drop.

Not that I would mind meeting up with the National 2 South crowd again, their are excellent supporters there as well and if we do go down I am sure we will have as good a time and might win a few more games.

Pardon my ignorance but what plans do Ampthill have for the future assuming they are promoted?

New shirts plus whatever ground requirements are imposed by their new masters - probably a ground share.

It would be a salutary experience for Newcastle to play at Ampthill - a reminder of where rugby players come from and the minor inconveniences they have to endure, like walking 100 yards to the pitch!!

Go Amps!  ClapClapClap

There are rumours of a move to the MK hockey stadium.
But, as I say, just rumours, unless anyone knows different!

(Which was probably incorrect as the stadium doesn't exist any more, so maybe the rumour was relating to the hockey club, not the old stadium. Prob bs anyway!).

Maybe they mean Stadium MK where the 3 RWC2015 games were held.

I hope Ampthill stay exactly where they are. Caldy has had a lot of fun bringing clubs like Rosslyn Park/Coventry/Blackheath to a little wooden shack and an open field............kinda sorts out the men from the boys

There are no ground requirements for the level 2/Championship for the first year Tongue

AFAIK there are no plans to play at MK Dons or Goldington Road

So, yes, Falcons will likely "be going down to the woods one day" next season LOL

There is a plan to move the club but within Ampthill postcodes, there is a vanishingly small chance of the move being completed before September 2020 let alone this autumn

Is Kenilworth Road, Luton not a possibility?

Well we did enjoy bringing Coventry to Paton Field but we were embarrassed that we had some 10 second xv players playing after a screw up by the 1st xv squad which had pretty much collectively planned to go on holiday as it was a 'free weekend' we were thrilled and proud that a very young and inexperienced side kept the score just the rights side of humiliating

Whatever the Club House situation, whatever the pitch situation you will find me there at Ampthill supporting the Knights. I always enjoy travelling to "new" to me clubs. Well done Amps, and I am sure The Blues are pleased to have a real local derby next season too.

Well if not DR's some big investment will be needed . . .look at what Cov spent this season and they will probably finish 3rd bottom and Cov were far stronger than Amps in their promotion season  . . there is a big difference between the leagues . . although in fairness Amps did beat Bedford in their Christmas encounter. I am sure Mr Lavery has a plan.

The amount of money spent doesn’t equate to the quality of teams. It’s about how well you use the money

If by some chance the improbable happens, you won't notice vastly different facilities at the Old Elthamians field..
